About Charlie

I came to Santa Cruz in 2006 to study Environmental Studies and Biology at UCSC, and I’ve been fortunate to call this remarkable coastal community home ever since. Along the way, I founded and built a successful local business, giving me a firsthand understanding of the community and what it takes to thrive here. I grew up in Woodside, a quiet town on the San Francisco Peninsula.

As the son of a contractor and grandson of a structural engineer, I spent my early years on jobsites and later worked in the trades myself. That background shapes how I approach real estate. I look beyond appearances to evaluate a property’s structure, systems, and the details that truly influence its value. My goal is to provide candid, informed guidance so my clients can make confident decisions.

Real estate is both my full-time profession and my passion. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, spearfishing, and searching for historical relics. You’ll also find me exploring local trails and the backcountry with my wife, Genna, and our Catahoula, Beau.
